About me

This is my effort to describe my paradigm, trying to give you some background to who I am and to be transparent about why I think the way I do.

I used to hack on c64, nowadays I mostly hack Keynote and Powerpoint. I’m a dad, husband, learner, foodie and snowboarder.

I work at Findwise – an enterprise search consultancy, in Gothenburg, Sweden.

At work I communicate, trying to follow the Cluetrain manifesto. Also work with findability and enterprise search.

Giving talks, doing presentations and going to conferences gives me inspiration and a lot of joy.

I try hard to act as an change agent. Pragmatic more than dogmatic. I like meritocracy and wirearchy. Smart and lazy are two words that I really like in combination.

I try to read stuff outside of my own domain, to learn and to be inspired. Another great word I really like, betweenness: “it’s not who you know it’s where you know” (Stowe Boyd).

Here are some of the books I read and liked. Even more of what I like.
